Change-of-Mind Returns
Australia
We accept change-of-mind returns on vessel basins only. You may return your basin for a refund, less a $50 handling fee per basin. Return shipping is at your cost.

Europe
In line with European consumer law, you may cancel your purchase within 14 days of delivery for any reason. You may return your vessel basin for a refund, less a €50 handling fee per basin. Return shipping is at your cost.
To be eligible, items must be unused, uninstalled, and returned in original packaging.
Custom, customised, or large pieces (including furniture and vanities) are not eligible for change-of-mind returns.

Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item is faulty, damaged, unsafe, or not as described, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund under Australian Consumer Law or EU consumer protection law.
These rights apply regardless of our change-of-mind policy.
Please contact your local studio within 24 hours of delivery if damage is visible on arrival, and keep all packaging until your claim is resolved.
We’ll guide you through the return process and provide the correct return address.
Please don’t return items without contacting us first, as we must confirm eligibility and packing requirements.
