Shipping Policy
We ship worldwide from our studios in Australia and Europe. Every order is packed with the same care we put into making, using custom crates and premium protective materials to ensure safe delivery.
Dispatch Times
- Stocked items: usually ship within 2 business days.
- Custom orders: allow approximately 3 weeks for small items (e.g. basins), or 8–12 weeks for larger or bespoke pieces.
Local Pickup
Available for Fremantle and Binissalem
- Most Concrete Studio pieces are made to order.
- Pickup timing varies depending on the item selected. See Stocked items and Custom orders above.
- A team member will be in touch to confirm when your order is ready for collection.
Delivery Times
- Australia: around 5 business days (TNT or Toll).
- International from Australia: around 10 business days (DHL Express).
- Europe: most destinations within 5–7 business days.
- Tracking: a tracking number is provided for all consignments.
Insurance
All shipments are insured against loss or damage in transit. If any damage is visible on delivery, please notify us within 24 hours and keep all packaging until your claim is resolved.
How We Pack
- Basins: custom heavy-grade cardboard with foam padding all around.
- Larger pieces: pest-treated, UN-approved timber crates, suitable for international shipping.
